Flex Support subscription offer customers peace of mind; and with a budgeted flat monthly subscription fee, can rest assured that the subscription plan is flexible enough to cover unexpected service calls or projects.


Details of the newly available Flex Support service plan include:
• Server Domain/Active Directory user management (accounts, groups, permissions);
• Network management (including VPN and/or remote access);
• 24/7/365 Server monitoring;
• Workstation anti-virus, anti-spyware management and updates; Workstation and application setup;
• Software setup (installations, upgrades, updates);
• Computers and peripherals setup (setup new computers, moving computers, network and user account setup, printer connections);
• Windows Exchange Server management;
• Virtual machine/server configuration and management;
• Software engineers are also available for advanced HTML, PHP, ASP+, SQL, .Net, MS Windows, and Java programming.
